Owner of the Harbourview Hotel, Adrian has built a reputation for hospitality, community, and excellence. His vision of restoring Carnlough’s Parochial Hall as a working whiskey warehouse has transformed a disused building into a symbol of local pride — and the home of our craft.
Darryl McNally
Master Distiller
Co-owner of the Harbourview and acclaimed Master Distiller, Darryl brings decades of experience from some of Ireland’s most respected distilleries.
His unrivalled network and expertise allow him to source exceptional spirit and casks from across Ireland — access that few others in the industry possess. This ensures every Carnlough whiskey begins with outstanding liquid, matured in hand-selected wood and finished to perfection.
